In Sri Lanka, many issues and problems exist due to inadequate application of strategic policy management for the concerned areas. Under such circumstances the country has encountered complicated challenges which were historically gathered as national problems. Those challenges are needed to be addressed with appropriate alternative policy management.

Accordingly, SASA has decided to open a strategic alternative policy dialogue initially within the SLAS (in-service and retired) colleagues.

For this exercise, SASA expects to establish a think tank from those who are interested to join.
